IFC’s Fitness Director, Hannah Holman, leads our group exercise class curriculum and staff. She has hand selected a schedule made up of a wide variety of class structures for you to get the benefits you desire. Infinity Fitness provides a full, 7-days-a-week, group exercise class schedule, which is included in your Infinity Fitness membership! Whether you’re looking to tone, burn, shape, strengthen, improve balance, or gain flexibility, there is a class here at Infinity Fitness specifically for you!

Infinity Fitness offers safe, effective classes that are both welcoming to the beginner exerciser and challenging to the experienced. No matter your experience, our professionally trained instructors fluidly make adaptations each and every class for our members.
OUR STUDIO AND CLASSES
Infinity’s 1,100 square foot, private group exercise studio is located on the second floor of the health club. Constructed with Boflex hardwood floors, our spacious group exercise studio is complete with a layer of cushioning suspended from the base floor, providing all IFC Members with progressive resilience. The Group Ex Studio also has a separate dedicated air system and water fountain to ensure a healthy environment.
The Infinity Fitness group exercise line-up features classes in barre, pilates, yoga, spinning, kickboxing, Zumba, muscle conditioning and combination classes that hit upon both cardiovascular exercise and muscle conditioning.
We also offer our members a separate spin room on the first floor of the club; recently filled with brand new Schwinn AC Sports Bikes – the best in the industry. Infinity’s group spin will provide everything you want in indoor cycling classes. Our exceptional spin staff will put you through a choreographed, full body workout and get you revitalized!

H.I.I.T. It – H.I.I.T. stands for High Intensity Interval Training. This interval class combines exercises to work the entire body broken into short, 1-minute segments. This class is challenging and well worth the effort. No class is ever the exact same…no boredom in this class!
Infinity Pump – Our signature barbell class focuses on building strength and endurance and tones your entire body from head to toe. Hand weights and other equipment will be incorporated to keep your body challenged. You will leave each the class feeling stronger and more fit. All levels are welcome!
Infinity Spin – It’s just like riding a bike! You will be lead through a journey of hills, sprints and just plain open road. Come in for a ride – and don’t forget that water bottle! All levels welcome! First timer? No problem! Our top-notch instructors will walk you through using and adjusting the bike. Try our calorie-burner, fat-blaster, cycling class!
Cardio Core Fit – 30 minutes of interval training on the treadmill followed by 30 minutes of core and cardio work on the floor. If you want to burn calories and sweat – THIS is your class! All levels are welcome!
Zumba – Dance fitness class that is fun and energetic! Get your groove on to all different music genres and forget that you are even “working out”! It’s a great cardio workout for all fitness abilities.
Body Blast – Our body blast class was designed for toning and strengthening your entire body through the use of hand weights, body bars, fitness bands and more. All fitness levels are welcome for this full body workout. Body blast is what you need to start your day off right!
Spin/Circuit – If you want the most bang for your buck, Spin/Circuit is a must! Start with 30 minutes of spinning for an awesome calorie-burning workout, then end with 30 minutes of muscle conditioning to tone, strengthen and firm up the body. You’ll leave feeling stronger and energized!
Muscle Conditioning – Tone, strengthen and firm your muscles in this intermediate class. An emphasis will be placed on the form, injury prevention, and increased muscle strength. All levels welcome as modifications can be made to make this class both harder and easier based on the equipment used!
Pilates & more – Pilates incorporates specific exercises which are designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, posture and enhance mental awareness. Take off those shoes, grab a mat and prepare to get stronger, longer muscles!
Yoga Flow – Yoga Flow focuses on detoxifying your mind, body, and spirit through movement and breath. Sun salutations, folds, twists, core strengthening, and other unique movements are included as we explore the opportunity to cleanse and nourish our bodies from the inside out. All levels are welcome.
Barbell Interval – Come experience a total body workout using a barbell and hand weights. Intervals of cardio may even be added in between sets of strength training. You will leave this class not only feeling stronger but will continue to burn calories throughout the day! What a great way to start your day!
Barre Fusion/Total Body Barre – IFC’s Barre class leaves you sweating while strengthening via exercises designed to elongate the muscles, toning the entire body from head to toe! Core muscles are targeted throughout as you maintain proper posture and balance to execute these ballet-based exercises. All levels welcome!
Cardio, Butt & Gut – Class will start with high-energy cardio to challenge your stamina while blasting away calories and burn fat. Glutes and abdominal exercises will follow to help firm and tone those trouble areas. Leave feeling empowered and unstoppable!
Muscle Cardio Interval – Come enjoy a total body workout that incorporates intervals of cardio with muscle conditioning and strength training. There’s no time to get bored in this class as you’ll never know what cardio or strength training exercises are coming next! Feel energized and stronger through a great interval workout!
Interval Training – Similar to the H.I.I.T. Its class, high energy cardio and strength training will leave you a sweaty mess! Modifications are given to make each exercise easier or harder making this the perfect class for ANY fitness level. There’s no time to think about what you’re doing as each exercise flows right into the next one in timed intervals. Before you know it, the class is over and you’re feeling GREAT!
Infinity Booty Camp – This intense, mostly lower body workout included elements of barre, light weights, and core strengthening. The result will be a shapelier and lifted seat, firmer and stronger legs, increased total body muscle tone and stronger abdominal muscles.
Infinity Piloxing – Piloxing is a high-energy interval workout that uniquely blends the power, speed, and agility of boxing with the targeted sculpting and flexibility of Pilates.
PiYo – Pilates + Yoga + Nonstop Movement! PiYo is a low impact cardio workout that combines the core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility of yoga movements.
Box & Pump – This class combines high-energy cardio moves, boxing, and martial arts training powered by motivating music and energy! Your total body will be challenged from head to toe! This fast-paced, super fun class is sure to burn tons of calories and fat and leave you feeling strong and accomplished!
20/20/20 – 20 mins cardio, 20 mins muscle conditioning and 20 mins core & abs. This class covers it all giving you triple the benefits!
Tread & Shred – 30 minutes of interval training on the treadmill followed by 30 minutes of core and cardio work on the floor. If you want to burn calories and sweat – THIS is your class! All levels are welcome!
Core Barre – A Barre class that not only incorporates core work throughout the strengthening and toning portion of class, but also dedicates a longer element of abdominal & core work to help you gain that core strength you need to keep proper posture all week long!
