Hannah Holman – General Manager – Certified Personal Trainer & Group Fitness Instructor

hannahHannah is certified by the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) in both Group Exercise as well as Personal Training.  She is also certified by Balance Pointe Barre and Mad Dogg Spinning. She has been teaching fitness classes for over 10 years and has been a personal trainer for over 5 years.

Hannah has a PhD in Geophysics and worked as a Biological Warfare Analyst before turning her passion for fitness into a career.  Since turning her focus towards fitness, she has gained experience in many areas from working with postpartum mothers, body-building, general nutrition, strength training, and interval training.  Hannah believes that all ages and all abilities can benefit from physical exercise; and that anyone who is willing to make fitness a priority can achieve their fitness goals.

Jen Perella – Fitness Director – Certified Personal Trainer & Group Fitness Instructor

Jen is certified by the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) in both personal training and group exercise.  She also holds specialty certifications in Piloxing, PiYo and P90X.  Jen has been working in the fitness industry for 5+ years.  She customizes her clients workouts to reach their specific goals and fitness levels and also challenges her clients to try new things in the gym.  Whether in a training session or a class, Jen’s goal is to help you develop into a healthier, happier you!

Ann Eng – Fitness Director – Certified Personal Trainer & Group Fitness Instructor

Ann Eng is a graduate of St. Anselm College where she earned a bachelors degree in Criminal Justice. After having her third child, she left her full-time job to raise her family. She has always had a passion for fitness and helping others meet their fitness goals. She decided to pursue her love for fitness and became a certified group Ex instructor through AFAA. She took her love for sports and received a certification in Cardio Sport and then went on to pursue her personal training certificate through the American Fitness Institute. She is not only passionate about seeing her clients live a healthy lifestyle, but also young adolescents. She is certified in the Boks Program, which is a fitness program developed by Reebok, that improves children mentally, socially and physically through movement.

Ann believes the key to a healthy lifestyle begins with a balanced diet and commitment to a regimented exercise routine. “I love to be able to take my passion for fitness and share it with those of all ages and I’m thrilled to be a part of the Infinity Fitness team.”

Jennifer Stacey – Certified Personal Trainer & Group Fitness Instructor

jenn“My goal is to make fitness fun and to help people develop confidence, self-esteem and a positive body image, at any age. When we take control of our health and our bodies, we naturally feel better. When we feel good about ourselves and feel confident, it reflects is everything that we do in a positive way.”

Being athletic all of her life, Jenn has forever had a passion for fitness and exercise. She started teaching fitness classes in her twenties and became addicted to “Group Ex.” After teaching and training at a variety of gyms and dance studios, she decided to branch out and opened a studio in Wilmington, MA. With the birth of her third child, Jenn closed her studio to be closer to home and maintain a more regular schedule. Now part of the Infinity Fitness Team for the newly renovated club, Jenn continues to teach classes, train clients, and mentor instructors.

Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Communication Disorders as well as a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. Jenn also has certifications in and from the following: National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM-CPT), Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) Group-EX, American Fitness Professional Association (AFPA) Children’s Fitness Specialist, Les Mills Body Pump, XPERT Pole Fitness, Pole Fitness Miami, Pilates, Body Bar, Zumba, Zumbatomic, TRX Suspension Training, R.I.P.P.E.D. Balance Point Barre and Spinning.

Jessica Burke – Certified Personal Trainer & Group Fitness Instructor

Jessica is a Personal Trainer certified by the International Sports and Sciences Association (ISSA). She is also Group Exercise certified by the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) and Spinning certified by Mad Dogg. As an experienced instructor, Jessica has always been passionate about health and fitness. After having three children and staying home to raise them, she made exercise a priority – not only for her physical health but also her mental well-being, finding exercise to be the best form of stress relief. It was an easy choice to take her love for exercise and turn it into a career.

Jessica works with every one of her clients to help them get stronger, more flexible and more confident. “Helping people achieve their goals, feeling good about themselves, and hopefully developing a love for fitness,” is what Jessica strives to bring to every client she works with.

Patrick Allen – Certified Personal Trainer & Functional Strength Coach

Patrick has been a trainer for the past 11 years. He has trained in Boston and Burington, VT before joining the Infinity Fitness team. He has held positions from a Fitness Manager, managing teams of up to 42 trainers to a Master Instructor where he held classes to develop other personal trainers ranging from Anatomy, Kinesiology, Biomechanics, Basic and Advanced Program Design, to Special Population Programing.

Patrick holds his Bachelors Degree in Applied Exercise Science and is a Certified Functional Strength Coach, he also holds certifications in Russian Kettlebell Training, Active Isolated Stretching, Trigger Point Therapy, and Pre and Post Natal Training.

During his time training he became most passionate about how to train and heal, and discovered a desire to focus much more on his client’s health and physical functioning. Training post-surgery and injured clients became his specialty, as well as weight loss and performance training. He also became passionate as an educator, sharing his knowledge and coaching others and he was named by Boston Magazine as one of Boston’s “Best Personal Trainers.”
