Similar to the H.I.I.T. It class, high energy cardio and strength training will leave you a sweaty mess!  Modifications are given to make each exercise easier or harder making this the perfect class for ANY fitness level.  There’s no time to think about what you’re doing as each exercise flows right into the next one in timed intervals.  Before you know it, class is over and you’re feeling GREAT!
