Mix it up with cardio, strength training and core conditioning.  Our fat-burning class increases muscular strength, endurance and boosts metabolism.  Muscle conditioning using a weighted bar or hand weights will be incorporated with intervals of Cardio Box, Step, Plyo and more.  Fun, fast-paced ad designed for all levels.  You will leave feeling stronger, tighter and energized.
